We guarantee
all our instruments for the life of the purchaser. The guarantee
includes everything, including electrics. This statement in
plain language forms the body of our guarantee, no small print
no get out clauses. If your MOONDOG instrument should develop
a fault of any kind other than by accidental or deliberate damage
or fair wear and tear. We will replace or repair (as appropriate)
free of charge.
This guarantee
has no time limit and is valid for the life of the first purchaser.
This guarantee is not transferable. It is registered and logged,
an archive of all first owners is kept permanently.

When you buy an instrument from us the sale is not complete
for 14 days.
You try the guitar for 14 days in the comfortable environment
of your own home.
If you do not wish to keep the instrument (and we will not even
ask for a reason) We will send our couriers to collect it, at
no expense to you and we will refund you in full, including
your postage. Such is our confidence in our instruments.
